A magnézium minden ember számára életfontosságú ásványi anyag. Fontosságát jelzi, hogy a kálium mellett ez az elem is megtalálható testünk összes sejtjében, szerepet játszik szervezetünk anyagcseréjének minden folyamatában, nélkülözhetetlen több száz enzim működéséhez éppúgy, mint a különböző nukleinsavak, proteinek és lipidek szintéziséhez. A szervezetben mintegy 25-30 gramm magnézium található, melynek csaknem fele a csontokban koncentrálódik, de az izom- és májsejtekben is jelentősebb mennyiségben fordul elő.

Ezért a megfelelő mértékű kalcium és D-vitamin bevitele minden életkorban nagyon fontos. A kalcium a csontok legfontosabb ásványi anyaga, szükséges a csontok és fogak normál állapotának fenntartásához. A D-vitamin hozzájárul a kalcium és a foszfor megfelelő felszívódásához. A kalcium, a magnézium és a D-vitamin egyaránt hozzájárul a normál izomműködéshez.

Kalciumtartalmú étrend-kiegészítő fogyasztása ajánlott, ha a napi étrend nem tartalmaz elegendő tejet és tejterméket. Megfelelő mennyiségű kalcium bevitele különösen növésben lévő gyermekek, idősek, várandós és szoptató kismamák, valamint vegán táplálkozásúak számára fontos.

Magnézium 187-375  mg.

Health insurance card

Only those products that are accepted and approved by the health fund can be paid for with a health fund card.

 In case of personal collection, you can pay with the following health fund cards at our pharmacy: Allianz, Dimenzió, Generali, Medicina, MKB, OTP, Patika, Prémium, Tempo, Új piler, Vasutas, Vitamin. If you are not collecting your order in person, but would like to settle the amount, please enter the health fund details in the billing name. We will then issue the invoice in a way that you can submit for settlement later.
