Ha célja a fogamzásgátlás, a szálkás száradási képet mutató napokon tartózkodjon a nemi élettől. Amennyiben gyermeknemzés, megfoganás a célja, tudhatja, hogy a szálkás száradási kép megjelenése után, várhatóan a 3-4. napon következik be a tüszőrepedés, vagyis azokban a napokban különösen érdemes nemi életet élni párjával, így van a legnagyobb esély a megtermékenyülésre.  

A menstruációs ciklus első időszakában a megnövekedett ösztrogén-hormon kiválasztás változást okoz a nyál és a méhnyakban keletkező cervix-váladék összetételében és kristályosodási képében. A nyál és a cervix-váladék kristályosodását a mindkettőben jelenlévő NaCl (nátrium-klorid) só feldúsulása okozza. Az ösztrogén hormon, illetve a NaCl só koncentrációjának növekedése a tüszőrepedés (ovuláció) előtt 3-4 nappal következik be, és az azt követő 3-4 napig tart. Azután csökkenni kezd, és így kristályosodás már nem történik. A fogamzásképes időszakban mind a nyál, mind a cervix-váladék kristályosodási képe jellegzetes, erősen szálkás. páfránylevelekre emlékeztető képet mutat. Nem fogamzásképes időszakban, amikor kristályosodás nem történik, a látott képben nagyszámú körkörös, amorf alakzat található.

Egy szabályos -28 napos- ciklus esetén, a ciklus 11. napja körül a nyál és a cervix-váladék kristályosodási képe szálkás alakzatúvá válik. Ekkor feltételezhető, hogy a tüszőrepedés (ovuláció) 3 nap múlva a 14. napon várható. A tüszőrepedést követő 3-4 napig, vagyis a ciklus 17.-18. napjáig szálkás képet fog mutatni az ovulációs mikroszkóp.

Köztudott, hogy sok nőnek, nem szabályos - 28 napos - a ciklusa. Ezt sok minden okozhatja, befolyásolhatja. Érdemes rendszeresen használni az ovulációs mikroszkópot, mert segítségével pontos információt kaphat, hol tart éppen ciklusa.

Health insurance card

Only those products that are accepted and approved by the health fund can be paid for with a health fund card. 

These are marked on the product page with a small EP logo to the right of the product image.

 In case of personal collection, you can pay with the following health fund cards at our pharmacy: Allianz, Dimenzió, Generali, Medicina, MKB, OTP, Patika, Prémium, Tempo, Új piler, Vasutas, Vitamin. If you are not collecting your order in person, but would like to settle the amount, please enter the health fund details in the billing name. We will then issue the invoice in a way that you can submit for settlement later.
